Fall Medicine Circle
Supported by ancient medicine, we will gather for four ceremonies to reflect, release, and celebrate our accomplishments of the past year as we begin the transition into the winter season.
Inspired by Maya-Tolteca teachings and global philosophies, this self-development program will provide you with the tools and techniques to strengthen your wellness journey. Each of us on our own personal journey, together we prepare and share cacao medicine, practice ancient moving and breathing techniques (Kahlay), and connect to the sacred Mayan calender (Tzolk'in) and the distinct energies of the four days we gather. This sacred opportunity invites you into relationship with yourself to deepen your journey of self-discovery and growth with the support and guidance of plant medicine and community.
