I am a mother, teacher, gardener, medicine woman and compassionate leader who is committed to self-improvement and continuous learning. With a background in Social Health Psychology and community organizing, I enjoy working with groups and individuals to connect people to their innate widsom and to find joy in nature. I have over15 years experience as a community educator, program manager and evaluator and have been studying plant medicine since 2008.

Sanasol, or healing sun, began as a 2-acre small-batch sunflower oil farm in Wisconsin and has transformed into an herbal wellness business based out of Rosenberg, TX. Integrating all aspects of plant medicine from nutrition, emotional healing, and spirtiual connection, I am passionate about bridging ancient traditions with modern applications.
