Service Description

After completing the online intake form, Stephanie will review your symptoms, needs, and offer a variety of solutions to facilitate healing and balance in your body, mind, and spirit. From tea tastings, nature-based meditations, living aromatherapy, and gentle movement techniques, this intuitive process will look different for every person. This initial consultation will be a longer session (up to 2 hours) and is most effective with at least one follow-up consultation.
