Winter 2025 Medicine Circle
Supported by ancient medicine, we will gather for four ceremonies to reflect, release, and reignite our goals and aspirations for the new year as we enter the depths of the winter season.

Grounded in Mayan-Tolteca teachings and global philosophies, this self-development program will provide you with tools and techniques to strengthen your wellness journey. Through the virtual platform, you will learn to prepare your own cacao medicine, practice ancient moving and breathing techniques (Kahlay), and connect to the Mayan medicine wheel and the distinct energies of the four days we gather. This sacred opportunity calls you into the slience, from which inspiration and growth emerge.
